WHO WE ARE
After decades of experience on Wall Street, Caird’s founders built a syndicated loan and securities platform inside a regional bank and founded Caird to help your bank build and optimize your own. Caird’s team is experienced in underwriting credits, managing portfolios, and tailoring materials to satisfy the needs of bank policy and regulators alike.
We built Caird because we saw a gap. Banks face real pressure, C&I loan growth targets, ROA and ROE challenges, over-concentration in commercial real estate, yet have limited access powerful tools such as the liquid markets. As an SEC-registered adviser we work as a fiduciary, on the same side of the table as you, and serve as an extension of your existing team.

OUR NAME
Caird.
A symbol of adaptation and perseverance.
In 1916, Sir Ernest Shackleton and a small crew sailed the James Caird, just 22-feet long, through 800 miles of open ocean and 66-foot waves to seek help for their stranded Antarctic expedition. Against staggering odds, they succeeded, ultimately bringing the entire team to safety.
We chose the name Caird to reflect that same spirit: navigating complexity, adapting under pressure, and finding a way forward, together.
